This class is suitable for any age, gender or size. If you already participate in pole or hoop this class will complement your training really well, and enable you to work on getting those more complex moves.
This class is for everyone; you do not need to take part in fitness classes to come along. There are many health benefits in taking a Stretch & Flex class, which include: increasing your range of motion in the joints; improving your circulation; relieving stress; and many more.
This class will improve your general flexibility, working on things like splits (front and box), back bends, arms/shoulders and legs/hips flexibility.
