Pole fitness is a whole body workout. It improves muscle tone, flexibility, co-ordination and posture, as well as upper body and core strength.
Pole classes are available in 5 classes: Beginner level 1 & 2, Intermediate level 1 & 2 and Advanced level.
We offer two classes for Beginners and two classes for Intermediates, which are held on different days in order to give you the greatest chance to make lessons. It also means that if you can’t make your given class for any reason, you can catch up the lesson on an alternative day.
The price for a Pole Fitness course is £40, and this is run over a 4-week period, paid for upfront and block booked on set dates. If you wish to take part in Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop classes at the same time, the cost is £65 per 4-week course, saving you £15 per 4-week course. Ask us for details.
