This is a Speciality Class and mainly focuses on working the major muscle groups needed for aerial and an all-over body workout.This is an intense conditioning workout. Think ‘bootcamp meets pole dancing‘.

 

You are going to sweat, it may be painful but you are going to get stronger, you are going to burn body fat, you are going to use muscles you never even knew you had. This is a challenging class but it gets results.
